I am almost 40 yrs old and I workout medium intensity 30 - 40 min a couple of days a week. I want to know when is the best time to take the Primergen M & V. I would like to have more energy when I work out. So should I take the products when I first wake up in the morning? Or should I take the products before I work out in the morning? Or should I take the recommended dosage first thing in the morning, then take more before my workout? Or should I break the recommended dosage up and take it throughout the day?
Hi, I take them immediately upon rising in 1 litre of Kangen water. I then do the same thing before my workouts in the afternoon or if I feel a flat spot in energy throughout the day. As you progress you’ll likely need less vitamins than minerals. Minerals there’s almost no limit to how much you can take but the vitamins top out at about 2 servings per day.
