Hi, I was just wondering what type of athlete your product was mostly oriented to? I realize your product is mostly amino's but from what I've read on your website it seems to be mostly towards packing on mass. What adjustments does someone who competes in a sport with weight classes have to do with your product, since its all about strength to weight ratio at that point.

The biggest change will simple be how well you digest assimilate and utilize the food your are using particular protein. What you’ll notice is increased recovery, wound healing, and endurance. As for muscle mass if your eating and training to get bigger it can help but if you’re not training specifically to get heavier than it’s not likely you will.
Building muscle requires specific training and dietary requisites above and beyond taking any supplement.
